Burgeoning Belly
Photo to the LEFT side of the screen is of my belly at 6 weeks pregnant. Note my pre-existing fat... no baby fat in this photo!Photo on the RIGHT side of the screen is of my belly at 10 weeks pregnant. Note - I am now 12 weeks pregnant and SIGNIFICANTLY bigger now! I'm taking photos every 4 weeks though so you'll have to wait another 2 weeks for a posted photo. Be prepared!
My belly seems to be growing so fast! I can visibly see the difference between morning and night in its size. I am definitely showing my baby bump at this point.
Today at lunch I went for a shopping spree on 4th Avenue. It was such a gorgeous day - the sun was shining and the wind was blowing (cold of course) which I love - so I hopped on a bus and travelled down to W.4th Avenue, shopping mecca of Kitsilano. I stopped in at Hip Baby and got the low down on cloth diapers - a little more complicated than I originally thought. My main destination was a store called Motherhood Maternity. My colleague told me that it was like Winners, but for maternity clothes. It didn't disappoint which was good because I am on my last pair of pants - and those are the ones I bought 3 weeks ago to tide me over!!! I picked up 2 more pairs of pants. Soon I'll need new tops too! I spent about $70 on my 2 pairs of pants (which is pretty dam good, if I may say so meself).
I'm a little disappointed that no one has given input on the baby names topic! Does that mean that nobody really reads this blog???? Please leave me a comment if you are just passing by!

Again, I think I am original, and then I came here, and see that the title of your last blog, was Names, and mine is "what's in a name?" Hmmm, we seem to be on the same wave lenght again. I was even thinking about your belly today, and wondering how it was doing! Let me know how the diaper hunt goes. As much as I could make some Jango diaps for you, I think the service is a much better itea.
Now as for the names, hmmmm, I really have no suggestions. They should definately NOT be cute! Names I have always liked, Heather, Elizabeth (Bess), Robert, William, (That was going to be Arianne's name) That is all I can think of right now. Maybe more later, when I think more about it, I will keep a list!! LOL! Hugs, while the arms can still go around the belly!!!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL BELLY YOU DO HAVE!! I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU AND HUBBY! NAMES HMMM? DO YOU LIKE TRADITIONAL OR MODERN???? THIS IS EXCITING..JUST REMEMBER THESE KIDS WILL BE STUCK WITH THESE NAMES. MY KIDS NAMES ARE DUSTIN AND NATALIE. MY STEPKIDS NAMES ARE BRYCON (PRONOUNCED BRYSON) AND ASHLEY. WAY TOOOOO MANY ASHLEY'S IN THE WORLD. BYEEEE FOR NOW, MANY HUGS...FUZ
