Superbowl Sunday

Today is Superbowl Sunday. Last I looked the "other" team was winning by 1 TD. I want Seattle to win. Not that I really care that much I have to say. I mean, it's american football and I'm canadian. But I do like football.

This morning I was up at Grouse Mountain with a video crew, filming for our new video. by "our" I mean, for my work. It was a gorgeous day. Considering how crappy the weather has been for the past 40 days or so, it was a nice change to wake up to sunny skies. There was a huge storm yesterday which had caused havoc on the mountain's lift & gondola system, shutting it down for much of the morning. This was awful, but all in all, the day was fantastic. Over 35 cm of new snow had fallen yesterday (and the mtn was closed due to high winds) so it was fresh powder. Oh it was gorgeous. I so wanted to ski. But the bambinos in me prevent that. Too much of a risk for me to take. But I wanted to go skiing!!!! :)

I came home & had a nap and now I'm sitting on the couch watching Beethoven and the SuperBowl. I'm hungry - permanent state of affairs for me - but I'm thinking I will have a snack. Ken is out with "the guys" watching the game at the pub. .. should be home soon and then we'll have a roasted beast for dinner.

Not really much to say except that I'm tired and hungry and my nose is stuffed up!!!!
